HO Scale Special Order

Many of our Advance Pre-Orders (APO) have closed and are "sold out" by our suppliers until they have received these from the manufacturers. We cannot determine how many units are still available until all the pre-orders have been filled. Please check with us on availability prior to special ordering to avoid any disappointments. We will do our best to fulfill your request. All special orders are prepaid prior to ordering and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. We apologize in advance for any delays or shortages. Much of this is beyond our control.

Effective January 1, 2019, all special orders including Detail Parts and Tools will require prepayment before products are ordered. All special order detail parts and tools are non-returnable from our suppliers and may require a restocking fee on any cancellations.
