To remain in good standings with all of our suppliers and distributors, and to reduce any preorder shipping delays when a product becomes available, all previous, non-payment customers will now be required to prepay for their preorder reservations in full when preordering. Invoices will be due within 5 business days from receiving on all preorder request. If we have NOT received your payment in full, your request will be cancelled.
All other customers may continue to Advance PreOrder products without prepayment (your account must be in good standings). As before, all invoices will be sent in advance of products being shipped. These are due within 5 business days of receipt. Once we have received your payment in full, your product will ship from our supplier. It will be inspected for quality in our shop before it is shipped on to its destination (usually within one business day).
Change Your Mind? No problem, just kindly let us know prior to us invoicing and we will cancel your order with our supplier before your order(s) ships. Payments made in full will be refunded on all preorders prior to item(s) shipping from our supplier(s) (some restrictions may apply if item(s) have shipped from our supplier(s).
Any non-payments on any preorder item(s) may result in preorders entered in our system not being honored in the future. We reserve the right to resale any reservations after 10 business days due to non-payment of sent invoices without payment in full. Any partial payments made may be forfeited.

We do NOT have any exact ETAs when Pre-Order products will arrive from our suppliers. We are in constant communications with them, bringing you the latest news and announcements when made available. Thank you again for your continuous patience.
